Continuum HOA

Financial planning and decision record software for HOA boards

One financial picture.
Decisions that last.

Continuum turns the financial reports and reserve study your community already receives into a shared view of today’s costs, tomorrow’s projects and the decisions connecting them.

  1. Understand everyday costs.

See income and spending in a simplified P&L. Compare monthly, year-to-date and last-twelve-month results with budget.

  2. Plan for future projects.

Explore project schedules, compare funding alternatives and see future reserve balances alongside the operating budget.

  3. Keep the reasons with the decisions.

Record why a project was deferred or a vendor was chosen, with the supporting records and financial impact. Future boards can pick up the thread.

Runs on the reports you already receive.

Your financial reports, bank statements and reserve study power the picture. Every number keeps a connection to its source.

Different lenses. Better analysis.

A month brings recent changes into focus. Year to date shows progress against the annual plan. The last twelve months reveal seasonal costs and longer trends.

02 / Reserve planning

Your full reserve study.
A plan you can work with.

Test the whole plan.

Full what-if analysis connects operating expenses and reserve study inputs. Adjust costs, project timing and funding, toggle inflation and model yield on reserve balances to see how your choices work together.

Better planning.
Simpler follow-through.

Give your manager and reserve professional a shared financial picture to work through with the board. Proposals, study assumptions and board questions stay connected to their records, making review and follow-through simpler.

03 / Decision records

From a funding flag
to a recorded decision.

The reserve review flags a funding need. The board considers project timing with its professional advisers, then keeps the decision and its reasoning connected to the plan.

    Concentration exposure made visible

Five CDs at one institution exceeded the coverage limit used in this case. The finding and the board’s response stayed together.

    Finding and response

Continuum flagged across five CDs against a FDIC limit in May 2026. On June 25, the board recorded its choice to retain the CDs to maturity rather than incur early-withdrawal penalties. This was exposure identified, not money recovered.

    A transfer discrepancy followed through

A reserve transfer appeared in the books but had not reached the bank. Its record stayed connected to the correction.

    Finding and follow-through

The discrepancy was flagged in April 2026 and corrected in the May books. This was a bookkeeping correction, not cash recovered.
