Does this replace our property manager?+
No. Continuum helps your board review the information your manager and advisers provide, weigh options, and keep a record of what it decides. It works alongside their process and advice.
Does everyone on the board need to learn new software?+
Useful updates come by email. Board members can open Continuum when they want the supporting detail, want to compare options, or need to review a decision.
Can we use our existing reserve study?+
That is the starting point. We review your study and its format with you to confirm what can be brought into Companion. Your reserve professional’s finalized report remains the official study.
How is our data protected?+
Association data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your association can request deletion by contacting us. We’ll confirm the scope and timing, including routine backup cycles and any records we need to retain by law.
What do we need for the first conversation?+
Just your questions. No documents are needed for a walkthrough. If it looks like a fit, we’ll agree on the reports, permissions, and setup steps together.
What happens when board members change?+
The record belongs to your association. New directors can look back at the decisions, supporting documents, and context built by the boards before them.
