For management companies

Help your boards understand.
Help your managers lead.

Bring Continuum across your portfolio with a management-company interface and a complete suite of tools to help your managers be productive.

Financial reporting and analysis, coordination with engaged professionals and boards, board deliverables, and meeting agendas. Connected around the work of each community.

The manager suite

From financial understanding
to the work that follows.

01

Financial reporting and analysis.

Bring the reports and the explanation together. Help managers show what changed, understand variances, and give the board a clear picture of its community’s finances.

Reports that support understanding and a productive discussion.

02

Coordination around the board.

Bring engaged professionals and directors around the same community question. Connect the engineer’s assessment, the insurance adviser’s guidance, and the board’s funding discussion as the plan develops.

A team working with shared context and clear next steps.

03

Board deliverables and meeting agendas.

Manage the work that moves a board forward. Bring financial updates, planning questions, professional input, and decision follow-up into board deliverables and meeting agendas.

The manager’s full workflow, from preparation through follow-through.

04

A continuous record of the work.

Keep the community’s decisions, reasoning, and ongoing work connected. Help directors and incoming managers understand the plan and pick up what comes next.

Continuity across boards, managers, and the years ahead.

One community question

The roof moves forward.
The whole plan needs context.

A clear explanation helps the board see why a change matters and where professional judgment is needed.

The records

2030 → 2028

The study anticipated roof work in 2030. A newer condition assessment suggests discussing work in 2028.

The meaning

Two fewer years to prepare funding.

Review the available reserves, other planned work, and the funding options with that earlier timing in view.

The manager’s leadership

A better question. The right people.

Bring condition questions and funding options onto the meeting agenda. Coordinate the relevant advisers and board, then carry the decision and its reasoning into the community’s ongoing work.

Illustrative planning example. A change in timing requires professional condition review; it does not establish that work should be brought forward or deferred.

Across your company

Bring the suite to your portfolio.
Agree the rollout together.

Use the portfolio interface to bring Continuum to the communities you serve. Align your managers’ reporting, coordination, and board work while keeping each association’s records and permissions in view.

01

Plan your portfolio rollout

Identify your managers’ workflows and the communities you want to bring onto Continuum. A selected first cohort can be a useful starting point for a wider rollout.

02

Connect community records

Start with financial reports, reserve studies, and the records behind each community’s work. Confirm supported formats and how information will be provided.

03

Agree team readiness

Confirm association permissions, manager access, review steps, and the setup and ongoing responsibilities of your team and Continuum.

What would our managers need to do?

Bring the reporting, board deliverables, meeting preparation, and coordination your managers handle today. Together, we map those workflows to the suite and agree how records, review, and participation will work across the communities in your rollout.

How does Continuum work across our portfolio?

Your management company has a portfolio interface to roll Continuum out across communities and support your managers’ productivity. The suite brings financial reporting and analysis, professional and board coordination, board deliverables, and meeting agenda tools together. We agree the rollout and appropriate access for each association with your team. View the portfolio illustration.

How does this fit our reporting and accounting systems?

Continuum starts with supplied financial reports and the community’s reserve study. We confirm the formats, delivery process, and access your community can use during setup.

Can an association start without a demo?

Yes. A demo is optional. An association can start setup online when its board is ready. Starting setup does not approve a subscription. Two free months begin once required materials are received and setup is complete.

Who subscribes, and what does it cost?

For communities under 150 homes, the association subscription is $3 per home per month, with a $90 monthly minimum. Two free months begin once required materials are received and setup is complete. For 150+ homes, contact us for pricing. We evaluate your company’s manager workflows and portfolio rollout together. Association access and pricing remain part of that discussion.

Who controls access to community information?

The association’s permissions govern access and sharing. We confirm appropriate participants and review responsibilities during setup. Private community records are not needed for a demo.
